This is Sore Feetea, a black and pu erh tea based foot soak that will help relax your busy feet at the end of the day and help you relax into a nice sleep!
In Chinese medicine, your feet are closely connected to the rest of your body's functions and taking care of your feet will transfer the benefits to the rest of your body as well. This foot soak has a base of black and pu erh tea mixed with some local sea salt and Epsom salt to help with relaxation, with the added benefits from other soothing and calming herbs like rose, mint, and lavender to also give it a nice scent for a fully luxurious experience. This foot soak also benefits from ginger for an added warmth (plus odour control!) as well as oat, which will sooth, soften, and heal any blemish or cracks from strains put on by hard work!
The sample tea bag comes in single use, sealed tea bags-- simply drop the tea bag in the foot bath to use. It contains 5 tsp of foot soak and comes with instruction notes on how to prepare the foot bath.
