For online shoppers we understand if things don't look as you expected when you purchased them. We do our best to describe the sizing, color and type of product in its description but we understand sometimes that's not enough.
Please note any items marked "made to order" in their description can NOT be exchanged or returned as they're made specifically for you. We note in their description for you to reach out to us if there are any concerns or questions.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order (not including MTO items) for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of item being marked delivered as per tracking. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. We do not provide refunds.
Crystals can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product.
The item will need to be shipped back to us (at buyer's expense) with tracking and once we receive the item the appropriate steps will be taken by one of our team members.
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing we will ship out the correct one at no costs to you as long as you reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the item.
